i DONT have a souna ANYT WHERE near my house. my friend sayed that it really helps sheddd offf a couple of pounds. what can i do to substitute a sauna????? like A burning bath????????????? i do exercise i just need to lose water weight i DO drink water

1. there is an electronic belt that work like Sauna called Abtronic sauna. you just need to wear like a belt and it will make like in a sauna. after 5-10 minutes you will see your belly sweat like in the sauna.
