There’s a sauna at my gym. I heard that going into the sauna after a workout in the gym helps build up you muscles. Is it true or is it just good for cleansing your pores and body? My primary goal is not just to bulk up, but to get a good athletic body with visible muscles. The sauna takes up some time however and I feel too relaxed and sleepy after the sauna. So, should I go into the sauna after a workout?
