What type of sauna is the best for the skin?
I just found out recently that there were different types of saunas, like smoke sauna, infrared sauna, continuous-fire sauna, etc etc etc. And I wanna know WHICH of ALL these types of saunas [not just the ones I have cited, but all there is out there] is the best for the health and beauty of the skin? Oh, and how often is it recommended to use sauna? Like once a week? Plus some tips please. Please please. Thanks very much. ^_^

- There are lots of saunas out there, and they're all good for the skin. Which one is best for you comes down to your personal preference. For using the sauna, various medical studies have shown benefits from people using the sauna once per day, with as many as three 20-minute sessions and time to cool down between them.
- I definitely like the continuos-fire sauna to be the best one for me, it clears up the skin nicely..
