Is it possible to construct a sauna bath or to purchase one?
I walk 5 kms every day and on days that I cant walk I do other excercises like say treadmill, gym etc. I have heard that sauna bath is good for health especially if it is taken after excercise. Can I construct one such bath in my backyard? How to do so? or Can I purchase one rewady made. I live in a somewhat remote location in North East India.

- There are many companies that offer sauna kits for you to construct. But, designing and creating your own is not that difficult at all. Here is a product offered by a company. But, let me go search for a while for some other ideas: http://www.thesaunadepot.com/home-made-saunas.htm http://www.kalle.com/sauna_faq.html http://ezinearticles.com/?Sauna-Designs&id=354041 http://www.cyberbohemia.com/Pages/buildyourown.htm http://www.falconblanco.com/health/sauna/buildone.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_6wBubwXBM http://www.welcomehome.org/rob/sweat/sweat.html Oh, you must forgive me. But, here is something SO funny that I just found while searching for sauna information for you. It's a funny trick played on Japanese men in a sauna at a mountain resort. - Hi, I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work! A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.freelstore.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
