Sauna

Is it possible to construct a sauna bath or to purchase one?

I walk 5 kms every day and on days that I cant walk I do other excercises like say treadmill, gym etc. I have heard that sauna bath is good for health especially if it is taken after excercise. Can I construct one such bath in my backyard? How to do so? or Can I purchase one rewady made. I live in a somewhat remote location in North East India.

  1. There are many companies that offer sauna kits for you to construct. But, designing and creating your own is not that difficult at all. Here is a product offered by a company. But, let me go search for a while for some other ideas: http://www.thesaunadepot.com/home-made-saunas.htm http://www.kalle.com/sauna_faq.html http://ezinearticles.com/?Sauna-Designs&id=354041 http://www.cyberbohemia.com/Pages/buildyourown.htm http://www.falconblanco.com/health/sauna/buildone.html http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=O_6wBubwXBM http://www.welcomehome.org/rob/sweat/sweat.html Oh, you must forgive me. But, here is something SO funny that I just found while searching for sauna information for you. It's a funny trick played on Japanese men in a sauna at a mountain resort. 2. Hi, I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work! A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at http://www.freelstore.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
