How much does the average person sweat off in the sauna?

How many pounds does the average person take off (water pounds) in the sauna? Just curious.

2. don't know the avg., but i lost 9 lbs. in 2 hrs. once.
3. depends how long you stay in for. it also varies for different people. for instance, if you are a bigger guy, then you would most likely sweat alot more than a smaller guy would. he would have a lot more covering his body making it hotter. it is also different because some people sweat ALOT no matter what. and some dont sweat much at all. so it all depends.
