What is the best sports watch to use in the sauna?

Every time I go to the gym I use the sauna, I don't want to keep taking my phone in there (to keep time) for fear that the heat and moisture might hurt my phone.

1. Heat iamd moisture s never good for any electronics. You might want to buy a small mechanical "cooking" timer.
