Can setting in a sauna everyday decrease cravings for junk food?
I was wondering becuz it flushes toxins from your body, and if ur use to eating alot of junk food, u have alot of toxins from the food.There for, if u sit in a sauna everyday, and flush toxins out, will your cravings decrease?

- I don't think so. Try adding 2 tablespoons of flax seed oil to your meals. Our bodies crave fat, and flax seed oil is an excellent source of Omega fatty acids.
