What do u wear in steam rooms?

What do you wear in steam rooms, like the kind of steam rooms they have at gyms and spas. Do you wear a towel? is it provided? Do you wear anything underneath it?

10. I believe ur just supposed to wear a towel. Some people like to wear swimsuits underneath if they plan on swimming or just swam or are just shy. I don't think gyms usually provide them. If u went to a hotel or spa they probably would provide them.

12. It depends on the rules. Some steam baths allow for complete nudity, some require that you wear a towel. Usually the towels are provided, but it's a good idea to bring your own just in case. I would not wear anything under a towel in the steam room. It would make me sweat too much in my private area .... very uncomfortable .... like having soggy marshmallows in your Jockey briefs.
