Do Steam Rooms help your skin?

If I were to sit in a steam room for a few minutes everyday would that help to clear up my acne?

2. Possibly becuse I know it opens pores and cleanes them. but afterward take a cold shower to snap them shoot so its harder for oils and dirt to get in :) Happy to help
3. I twould probably help, but not fully make it go away. The steam will help open up your pores and then it will be eaiser to get the dirt out. hope I helped :)
4. well it helps your skin but not your acne : ( I would know.
5. All it does is opens pores....this could go both ways. You could take out your black heads. But you have to close your pores after though possibly sticking your head in the freezer (:
