  1. Saunas our filled with water with jet pools to easy the body, you basically or weightless in the water which helps to relax the muscle and nerves. The steam room is to set to open the pours of the skin and help you to lose excess water in your body by sweating. You sit on a bench with a towel around you. Both are excellent way to relax and unwind after work or play. Check with your Doctor to see if they would help you in any way. GYMS, CLUBS, and other place offer one, with membership. The YMCA also has this form of relax in their packets of membership.
  2. they open up the pores and let all the oils come out. it makes your skin be moisturized and soft.
  3. It is used to relax the muscle and nerves, open up the pores of your body to let out the impurities and slims down the body as the heat dehydrate the fat cells nearest to the skin.
  4. They reduce stress, improve blood circulation, detox the body by making you sweat, and make you feel better.
