Sauna

does anyone know if there are steam rooms here?

i live in maryland around 30 min to an hour away from baltimore and i want to try and maybe use in the future those steam rooms that atlethes and fighters use to lose extra water weight yea i know i can lose water weight by running but i just want to try it and whats a wet and dry sauna

1. there are sauna's in all better gyms, the more expensive the gym, the nicer the sauna...
2. Every YMCA I have visited around the country has a steam room and sauna (i.e. wet and dry saunas). Most other decent gyms do to. Just shop around where you live and join up. Though you could lose the water weight just as easily by going for long walks every day.
