- my grandpa about 20 years ago had a bet with bob stupak...ppl who live in vegas deff know who he is he is the owner of the stratosphere or used to be and was the owner for vegas world...to lose 100 pounds in a month...the last day he had 10 pounds to lose so went into one for about 5 hours and it worked.....lol sorry got off subject for a sec
- Yes and No...You mostly lose water..but you also lose all the nutrients that your body needs. You will put it back on within a short period of time. Hope this helps.

- yes, as your term suggest, sauna and steam bath may "aid" or help in weight loss. this is if you do this on congruence with a healthy exercie and diet plan that you use and follow religiously. saunas and steam bath, raises the body temperature thus aiding in effective circulation, which also helps release extra water from the body through sweating. the faster blood flow also speeds up the body metabolism thus helps further in the bursing of fat cells and adipose tissue. and now if you pair this with exercising, this will double the results. just be aware of the risk for dehydration. so keep replenishing the lost fluids.
