How long is healthy so stay in a sauna?

I have started going to a sauna recently after the gym. So far, I have stayed in a max of 10 minutes before getting out, having a cold shower, and jumping in again for another 5 minutes. How much is healthy and what are the benefits?

  1. Healthy is about 15 minutes. The sauna has benefits because it helps you lose weight without you have to do anything at all.
