what are the best and affordable beauty products to use in a sauna?
I go to the gym every morning and I go in a dry sauna for 15 minutes after my workout. I was wondering if there are any beauty products (reasonably priced ones) that I can use to add to my daily sauna routine?

- Try Walmart too see what they got or eBay.
- My rule of thumb is dry sauna if you live in an area over 50% average humidity and steam room in areas under 50%. The steam is much better for your skin. The dry sauna causes sweat but it dries immediately on the skin leaving slats and other residue. Sweating in the steam results in the constant out pour of fluids and they move away from the pores. You should never put anything on the skin before either sauna. Shower with mild soap before and after you use a dry sauna. You can just rinse after a steam. Eucalyptus oil is available some places. Spray into the air in a fine mist to be breathed in. Never apply or spray directly on the skin. It just washes away. Luck.
